Morgan Lunt	85abe0edea	receipts: trim the README to what a user needs ... It had grown into an argument with a reviewer — three sections of rationale for decisions a reader doesn't have to agree with in order to use the thing. Lead with a copy-pasteable install command, then how to run it and what comes out.
