Check `hooks/hooks.json` (or `.claude/hooks.json`) and list each lifecycle event bound: `SessionStart`, `UserPromptSubmit`, `PreToolUse`, `PostToolUse`, `Stop`, `SubagentStop`, etc. For each hook, **read the source file** the hook points at. Default-on telemetry without disclosure is a fail even if the payload is anonymous.
