* math-olympiad: add LICENSE, marketplace entry, and prettier formatting
- Add Apache 2.0 LICENSE file
- Register plugin in marketplace.json
- Run prettier (prose-wrap=always, 80 cols) over all plugin markdown
- Simplify model tier naming in reference docs
